I think this is huge news!


Plaintiff IBC Advanced Technologies, Inc. (“IBC”) and Michael L. Schrider (“Schrider”)
hereby jointly file a Stipulated Stay of Proceedings. On December 10, 2020, the Parties agreed to
stay the appeal pending in the Utah Court of Appeals and further agreed to stay all proceedings
in Consolidated Case No. 2:19-cv-00222-HCN-DBP pending further agreement or by order of
the Court. For clarity, IBC need not respond to the Court’s January 14, 2021 Order Granting
[ECF 145] Motion for Short Term Discovery [ECF 191] unless the parties stipulate to end this
stay.

it is huge news....My intuition says Ucore and IBC are in some form of settlement agreement. IBC can see the writing on the wall the country is going green and its better to get a little of something than nothing than absolutely nothing of what coulb be huge.  IBC is a business with a viable future and shareholders to consider....could also be why we have heard nothing out of Halifax SC. Lets
