OK

I think everyone needs to step back and take a breath before getting to disapponted at todays announcement. Ucore would not just throw away
MRT if there was nothing in it for them. Would you lend money to a friend who was going through a divorce and had the potential or possibility
to lose everything? You may not get your money back or some goods or services you were promised. I totally understand the level of frustration, however, Ucore is so deeply invested right now with the consortium and governmant agencies to just give it away at this point. If it means putting
MRT to the way side now, well, so be it if it means funding from governmental agencies.

I cant say for sure, but, it had to be in the companys best interest to rid themselves of an ugly litigation in two locations. I see a lot of shareholders
feel they have been fooled by management and yes the SP fell back today. There is just far too much looming in terms of news to let go at this point. The plan Ucore has set out over the next couple of years is specific, we are on the brink of test results from RSX and that will probably be positive with great purity levels. We are about a year and a half away from generating revenue. Then there is the unknown with AIDEA, DOD, DOE,
potentially 6th wave someone had mentioned. Sometimes you have to give up a little to get a lot.

The litigation with IBC could have for all we know been years away before it was settled and could have left us with a bag of coal who knows.
My feeling, and I have a good chunk of change in the game, is to let this play out. A takover can take years to resolve, Im glad were out of it and just maybe part of the deal was IBC stay out off REE separation, coal and the oil industry. In other words they would be a non compeditor. The future may have MRT as a final process in purity and a potential consortium player.

Look the devil is in the details and Im throwing out ideas. Lets see how this plays out, I say were going to be just fine in the end.

Right on Rod. Nothing comes of lawyers and courtrooms. Our company just settle a court dispute. 4.5 years and no one wins. UCore has a clean slate and blue skies.

Rodtipup - I agree with your perspective and would add that it's premature to be drawing conclusions and passing judgement on management performance before we have all the facts before us. So far, all we know is what was disclosed to us in a very brief press release. What we know for sure is: The Option to Purchase is dead, IBC is buying back the Superlig Pilot PLant, any and all agreements ...more

Harvey well said....like I said, sometimes you need to give up a bit to get a lot...and like Admoske said nobody wins in court except lawyers and their bamk accounts....the devil is in the details of which we have none, I refuse to make a conclusion with no facts....we can assume and make an educated guess, but, Im giving our management time and the opportunity.... Pip lets wait till the test results are out on RSX to make a fair evaluation on purity levels... I remember Dragon saying DOD will not go with an unproven technology and he suggested SX or RSX is a proven technology, granted still waiting on RSX although its a derivative of SX....still looking forward to Dragons input on all this....he must be balls deep in Folger's and assessing the situation ...more

Lol, I'll paraphrase Rod and end up a LOT closer to the truth IMO, exactly what I've suggested for years. "Ucore wouldn't just toss MRT unless they FINALLY realised there was no commercial RE substance to it." Remember those "iron clad" contracts, well I'll suggest Ucore have finally got some RE savvy in the building with two very smart dudes in Gareth Hatch ...more
