Dear Rocky, Bill Gates is putting his money into saving the plant. Which means going green and that takes rare earths. As for the reactor, like I said I had to wait a week while the marines got the top secret stuff off the boat. Ended up in the engine room clearing a cut path for flame cutting the hull. Bill Gates "saving" the planet is laughable! Just imagine the impact on the environment of his five mansions, from taking all the material from nature that went into them, transporting to building site and heating and cooling.
