Do a little research on the 'Gutnicks' that are backing this deal if you want a scare. They now own 80% of Round Top. TMRC shareholders own 20%!!! Round Top is reffered to as a pile of dirt, about 1 tenth the grade of Bokan. Why are you selling this embarassment to real investors. Shame on you.

You obviously don't understand investing.  What you think about TMRC doesn't mean squat.  I doubt that anything will come of the company and the same with Ucore.  All that counts is what the market thinks and/or how the stock works as strictly a trading vehicle.  I find TMRC to be a great trading vehicle.  Anyone who thinks TMRC, UURAF, etc have anything to do with

It might just be a pile of dirt, but that dirt has all kinds of "good stuff" that keeps people coming back to TMRC and makes it a trading vehicle.  And now they have $50 million to play with in their dirt pile.  I think the lithium might be the biggie.  How much did Ucore line up for financing?  Did I miss a news release than announced $50 million?  Adamoske, ss
