Yes Pip yes they do they just randomly make up timelines. Mark and the boys drop dates in a hat and then they pick someone or tke turns pullint out a number throw it on some random event create a timeline and our comes a new PR. Timelines are PR fluff to make it look good, there is no rhyme or reason to any of it. From what I heard through the grapevine it has become a weekly Friday afternoon
