The SMC is going to be built that I will take to the bank But make no mistake, its a go and the non dilutive funding will happen, this is all part of the end goal. They are not stopping at this point barring something catastrophic. They will find a way to make it to the goal posts. What is yet to be determind is its success, none of us can predict that.
