Recession, What new in Pat video, long term.

Good Morning People,
You would not believe house prices around the Seattle area.  My nice little retirement home when up over 5 grand just last week.  Somebody must have drove by and seen all the flowers.  Wife is going nuts with the flower boxes again this year.  I point this out because CNBC report that we are at the begining of a recession/stock market pull back.  The average length and price drop in the market is close to the middle, not the end.  So we keep moving on.  Wife wants to paint the house and garage this year.  Oh joy, I get to pull down all the little things she has put up over the years.  I mean really what is the difference between Kelly green and deep forest green?  I can't see it.  But then again I am not allowed to choose colors.  I can do guts(plumping and wiring) but not colors.  That rule has got me through two remodels with no arguments.
Since my portfolio is going down and not just Ucore, I take this as a sign that they might just be right in this.

Mark, sent me a Email with a link to Pat's latest video.  While Pip is right in that most of it is a rehash of things we have hear before.  There is a few new pieces of information But Pip was to busy trashing it to see them.  Really Pip, I thought tax guys were into details.  Please take a second or third look.  It might help to break it down by point to point.  Two columns, rehash or new and go all the way through the video.
Things I saw that were new.  (Maybe Pip can find more.)  The host confirmed that there was more to the Bokan deposit with the comment that there were much more beyond the tree line.  The third or second SMC could be on the golf coast because that is where they make the chemicails to do RSX.  Also I noticed that the tone was different.  More positive, like Pat's was sitting on a secret and it was just making him hum a little.  Maybe a grant or loan.

Long term, Pip keeps harping on dilution.  Holding up REEMF as an example of what Ucore would do.  I would like to point out a few things.  REEMF got 22 million to get there tech to commercial grade.  Ucore tech is already at commercial grade. Did we not just have that verified with an independent testing?  If Ucore got a 22 million grant to progess to production, would not AIDEA jump right in with the rest to make sure that the SMC stay in Alaska?  REEMF is not at commercial grade and Ucore is, so why would Ucore follow REEMF path?  Also it looks like Ucore got suppliers of concertrate and is working on getting end use customers.  You go to the bank with tech, suppliers and customers.  Good chance you get a loan.  Did not Pat say that they were looking at USG loan programs.  So I don't think dilution is Ucore path.
One of the things I hate about getting old is not being able to get a decent night sleep, but writing helps in the early morning hours.  It is dawn, got to go feed the cats.  There is not a snooze button on a hungry cat or cats.
You all have a great day.

100% agreement. I dont see Ucore diluting. I see someting a lot more lucrative in terms of grants and loans...specifically AIDEA and a major car manufacturer. Pat Ryan has has an extensive background in the automotive industry and I gather its the path Ucore will head. World wide multiple SMC's is the end goal....I see it happening Ucore is determined like i have never seen before and Pat ...more

"We've got a little less than 50 million shares outstanding right now, which is a good number. It's very tight and compact." It's very tight and compact - If his Ucore CEO gig doesn't work out, he should become a late night comedian. https://youtu.be/cm5RCreCH2M?t=1217

Largest issue here is volume.  There is NO volume of trading of this stock. Until volume starts to pick up , it can be easily manipulated by 20 cents either way. Where is the PR here?
