Thnx, busy trying to build two houses on opposite ends of the planet, and haven't picked a real smart time to do it! Decided not to comment much ATM as the RE investment space is just a big gooey ball of mush with every wannabe desperately trying to pump their dreamboat, regardless economics, lack of downstream mkt, etc, and the Oz companies as as bad as anyone. Way overdue for a shake out

Farm Ucore has a defined path and so far it seems like they are sticking too it. Pretty confident AIDEA is satisfied and we will see some form of investment leading to the planned SMC in Alaska. We have lots to look forward too.
