So I sold some of my shares before the lock up on the CAD 65 cent shares came off last month.  Sorry if I was part of the selling the drove the share price down.  I really expected that a lot of the 7 million plus placement shares would be sold as soon as the lock up ended considering the placement shares were so much in the money.  It actually looks like placement shareholders held onto their shares.  I was wrong and suprised by this.

Anyway, I finished buying back my shares last week so it was a nice round trip to help reduce my average cost even lower.  Now it is waiting time again.  Waiting for the promised offtake agreements.  This stock is ready to fly on any big news.

Pip, you have to sell all your shares of UCU.  Let it go man.  Your anger must not be good for your mental health.  Endlessly whining and yet you hang around like you are an abused spouse.  This is the last time the company is going to bad to me because I know they will change going forward. If you don't think the company is not doing anything right then leave.  Sell

Something we agree on.  Logical timelines are not a strength of this company.  The company did talk up offtake partnerships in past news releases and logically they should have announced something big before the lock up on the placement shares came off.  They didn't do that obviously. Now they have hired a couple of companies to do promo work for them.  Again you shoud do

Hiring promo cpmapnies is nothing new for Ucore. That's what being a "member" of InvestorIntel is. A number of others. Hired Stormcrow Capital to write an "Independent" research report, then bragged about it 9 March 2021 PR "Ucore Announces Analyst Coverage Initiated by Stormcrow Capital Ltd."

I am only telling you what a well run and logical company that is executing on its business plan should do.  A little time will tell if the company has anything up its sleeves.  As I said, if we get no offtake aggreements and/or government grants announced by say early July then I will need to reconsider my sizeable long position in this company.

Read my exact quote.  "If something is announced then we are good to stay long and strong.  Any major offtake agreement or government grant means that the company / government has done the due diligence on the company and in particular the RSX technology.  This initial validation of the company will let me sleep better at night and will mean more offtake deals and government

Pip, I will evaluate my investment in UCU periodically.  Next checkpoint that I set is in a month or so. We all want and need to see progress.  My view remains an offtake agreement or government grant may not provide the complete empirical data that proves RSX works commercially but any deal announced will bring a certain degree of validation that we are on the road to full
