Happy Pip?, DOD wrong question, Buyers

It is the midnight hour,

Pip, why are you not happy?  Ucore did a PP just like you said they would back on the 10th of May.  We are getting funding from the state of LA and DOD.  True it is bits ahd drabs but it is funding.  You should be over joyed but you are not.  Why?

Everybody is happy, DOD has steped up and funded Ucore.  Finally!
Most people have heard the saying the US government gives with one hand and takes back with the other.  The question we should be asking is why Ucore?  They have been funding MP and Lynas so what changed.  China threatening cut off the world of REE?  Maybe but they have been funding MP and Lynas to supply DOD.  Unless they can't.  PLease correct me if wrong but ain't MP and lynas light REE mines and separation plants.  The one thing that RSX can do is heavies.  4 million that is somebody being curious.  That is hardly a drop in the bucket for DOD.  If RSX can separate heavy REEs then they will funded the commercial plant.

I talked to Mark and suppliers are coming out of the woodwork but also buyers with Ucore in the choke point.

Plus building metal, alloy, and magnet plant. DoD Awards $35 Million to MP Materials to Build U.S. Heavy Rare Earth Separation Capacity

4 million is something they let Gomer Pile write a check for. It's an insignificant amount of money for DoD. What's certain is their due diligence is curious enough to say, "show us the results". The fact they are micromanaging the release of the $ in "show us" stages shows there is some skepticism.
