Commissioning and trials

Dear Pip,
I ask you to think about the last PR.  Three sources of REE concertrate.  One light, one heavy and one mixed concertrate.  To commission you have to run each REE through each stage to set it up and fine tune it for that type of concertrate.
As for trials.  The first one is got to be the concertrate from DOD, if Ucore wants DOD to foot the bill for building the commercial plant in LA.  Hey when DOD pays for the plant in LA, maybe Ucore can get the Canadian government to paid for the one in Canada.  
Very tried, hopefully this makes sense.

Actually this is true, once each has been proven up I feel than and only than the money will begin to flow. Let's face it I would not buy into anything that has not been proven.  Pip I mostly just read comments and I would like to over three little Syllables. Pip points out important aspects. How is UCU much different than REE'MF without RSX? Anything short of very long term hope, relies on RSX results, scalability, cost...
