Don't understand.... did you watch the video you posted? Seems to make a pretty good case for demonstrating it's not a real concern but i'll executed hyperbole by China that may or may not cause more unfounded alarm and reaction. Let's see if they ramp up to more rare to North America and how politicians and DoD react.

In this case Pat Ryan probably has nothing to do with Peter video. Take Peter's freshman college course analysis with a grain of lithium, but he's right. Gallium and germanium is overblown nothing burger. Only Q (which we knew already) is if China embargoes significantly on other REE.

Dear Happy, I think that Peter is got the time wrong to build the stages to do the rare earth. Much like we find with Ucore and other that take longer to get up to speed. Dragon
