Wazzz Up?

Stock price has held up at the placement price of CAD 1 which is a good thing. Trading volume is increasing the last few days which is also a good thing. Placement still not closed yet which is not a good thing. What's going on here?

I am holding onto all of my shares but I think that a private placement on same terms would have made so much more sense than working through scammer investment banks who promise the world and usually deliver fecal laced sandwiches.

What I find interesting is that the volume is up. Why don't people just subscribe to the placement if they want shares. They get bonus warrants as part of the placement.
