Ryan just claimed CDF is 80 tpa. Previously they said 20 tpa.

Ryan claimed Ucore has only HREE separation plant in N America. I say that doesn't count until CDF commissioned & reliably producing HREEs at spec, I suppose at the now claimed 80 tpa.

Could be like a certain recent former president. Every time Ryan tells a story, he gets more & more carried away.  Like 2 to 3x becoming 6 to 7x. Unless CDF results now support that.
