Ryan is so confident in the process and DOD money why TF would Ucore require more PP's and dilute the stock. He said the burn rate on the 4M is low so Pat get it figured out sign some deals get DOD money and quit sticking it to epsecially me and many other LT shareholders. Everytime you do these dog and pony shows I just shake my head and say WTF is this guy trying to sell AGAIN.
