DOD policy

Dear Bob,
You don't get it so I will try to explain it so you can.
DOD is under orders to do what you are talking about.  The pattern of the order is support the old tech while finding the new tech.
In otherwords they will support old tech to use what there is to get by, but is under orders to go find the next better tech to replace it.
Meaning they will fund Lynas and MP (old tech) while trying to find new better tech, which why they are funding Ucore for a look see.
You think that the funding that MP and Lynas is getting put them on top.  Only so long as there is not something that works better.
Believe me if DOD can get a Heavy REEs plant for 55 million vs what they are spending on Lynas and MP.  They will stop funding MP and Lynas.
Remember that Ucore's RSX can works with any deposit's concertrate.  Both Lynas and MP is tied to the deposit they own.
RSX does both lights and heavies.  MP and Lynas does not, at this time.  Has to figure out how to get SX to do heavies.
RSX is cheaper.  55 million vs 258 million.  How long to build each plant?  One year for RSX.  How long for MP and Lynas?
Remember DOD will only support old until new come on line.

Public's not yet been provided evidence RSX demo plant can separate anything, light or heavy, from any deposit. Maybe will, not yet. RSX CapEx & OpEx speculative until see results.

Dr. Boyd Davis might not be enough horsepower, or have all the needed skills. Maybe Ucore needs to hire a research Chemical Engineerr as a consultant to get demo plant up and running, and reliable, and tuned. Could issue a large stock or option award if get the plant running well. Would probably be worth the dilution to shareholders because they'd have smaller share of something, instead of ...more
