I didn't see the Redcloud interview yesterday, so I don't know what was said. But here is what I do know: SpaceX badly needs rare earths. Tesla, both as an automobile AND a robotics company, badly needs rare earths.
Hopefully RedCloud or Ucore will post the video from yesterday, so I know exactly what was and wasn't said.

P.S. Tuesday's press release was the same nothingburger we have come to expect from Ucore press releases-- and I think that was deliberate.
My theory (and apparently it is also China's theory, based on them grouping MP and Ucore in a recent ShadowPlay video) is that the big offtake which Ucore is really ultimately auditioning for (secretly) is MP Materials. Ucore can't say it publicly, but they probably already have MP feedstock that they have been processing (maybe for months).
Everything with Ucore is so hush-hush that understandably investors can be confused and frustrated by these inane and useless press releases we sometimes get. But I am confident that this is going to be our year and this company and its technology (and dysprosium mine, let's not forget) will be very valuable.
In conclusion, half @ 100, then half @ 300.
