$37 billion's total garbage. Huge deposit at very low grade, so high processing costs. $37 billion assumes no processing costs, doesn't discount to future, and assumes all could be sold at (was) current prices. But if anywhere near that quantity were sold, prices would tank. So garbage on garbage analysis, perpetrated by people who are some combination of fraudsters or idiots.

So-called $37 billion mine is totally uneconomic. Way too low a grade. Costs too much to dig up and concentrate, let alone separate. The $37 billion doesn't account for cost of digging up, concentrating, or separating. After those costs, it would be a big loss, not a big profit. MP will provide an update on Q1 earnings call May 2.
