Okay, worst case, what if Pip is right?

Good Evening all,
Lets look at the idea that Pip, is right. Can Ucore build that the first stage of the SMC just on the sale of stock? Can they do a mini stage where they build just three or four of the RSX macnines instead of seven? Where they would make 1000 tons of REEs instead of 2000. Okay, Pip's view is that RSX does not work or at else it does not work the way Ucore has stated in it's PRs. It is only a science experment. That would be why DOD would not fund Ucore. That would be why OEMs would not fund. Then why would DOD choose Ucore out of fifteen companies that put in for this program. Why would the Canadian government choose Ucore for light REEs separation testing, if they were not sure that RSX worked as Ucore has shown it worked at the Demo plant. The independent testing that shows it worked.
Why would DOD put money into Ucore if they know that RSX did not work if congress was going to cut off money to buy REEs from China on 1JAN2027. OH, I know they would just ignore congress and buy from China anyway. Please Pip, take a break. The pressure is getting to you.
Will DOD fund Ucore? More than likely but will they take there sweet time doing it? Again more than likely. Will OEM funded Ucore? More than likely but will wait to see how much DOD kicks in before they do it.
Will we be stuck waiting for news like we did last fall while waiting for boring stuff to get done? Again more than likely. Will Pip, need a strait jacket before funding? Again more than likely. Maybe a new hobbie, Pip. Fishing, bird watching or going to a beach and watch the bikinies go by. I hear that is very relaying. Take the pressure off, think of something else.
