Red Cloud webinar on May 28

Ucore CFO said DOD contract will be completed end of '24, was delayed with DOD concurrence to process samples for offtake prospects. Said will have Dy samples this summer. LA production 1-1-26. As to whether any of this will actually happen ... or on this schedule??  Same shenanigans on max debt, equity contribution needed for LA not including the $15 million contingency, which to me seems very likely to be needed in its entriety, if not more.

BTW, the official date for starting production is Dec 31, 2025. But because the CFO is conservative, he advertises it as Jan 1, 2026. He's trying to be "conservative", LOL.

There was an unanswered multipart question which looked like a list of Pip's greatest hits, including the moving of goalposts.

Dear Pip,  Really!  I am not employed by Ucore or anybody that has anything to do with Ucore.  But if you believe I am, then I have some prime waterfront land down in Fla that you might be interested.  Reasonable price per acre or a quarter a gallon.  Fresh swamp grass included. Great views of local wildlife. Keep your hands inside the boat at all times.  Free dipping ...more

From what I recall, CFO said delay in completion of DOD contract was due to Ucore wanting to generate samples from various mines, and DOD agreed to the delay. CFO didn't say anything about DOD requested changes. (Still only) completed 2 of the 10 milestones. I don't recall exactly about Canada contract, or if anything was said about this, but didn't get the impression Ucore would start ...more

Dear Pip, I talked to a contractor next door and his number 2 man that he was training.  We got  around to talking about Ucore.  I got the strangest surprise.  The number 2 guy know all about Ucore.  He had worked for most of his life in the computer security field.  Had to get out for health reason.  Had lost over 35 pounds.  The computer tech people know ...more

Dear Pip, Hopefully not to ridiculous.  You stick around for the same reason that I do.  The end goal.  When Ucore get funding and gets to production.  The RSX tech leaves China, MP, and lynas in the dust heap.  Faster, cheaper and greener.  Easier to build many small plant than billion dollars monsters that are outdated.  Can take any REE concertrate not geared ...more

Dear Pip,  I can't believe I have to explain this again.  DOD plays a two part game.  Support the old tech while hunting for the replacement tech.  MP and Lynas are the old tech to support.  But MP's SX tech separate light REEs but does not separate heavy REEs.  Also geared to MP ore deposit, not to any other REE concertrate.  Same with  Lynas ...more
