Timing of Options not options, Ucore and need to know

Was awake at 530 instead of 4 so jet lag is getting better.
Dear Farm,
Please call your broker and have him or her explain to you what Ucore opeions are.  They are worthless at this time.  So not hogs at the trough.

But what is worth noting is the timing of the options.  Generally back in the dot com days options were given out to people that stuck with the company until the IPO.  So given that example, Ucore options might signal that full funding might be announced by the end of the month as Rapid was saying but was his secret news.

As for Need to known.  My first ship was a gator frighter.  We haul Marines and all of there gear plus the boats to get them to the beach.  We also hauled a Seal team.  One day three seals came to the shop and our LPO send them to Rig and me.  They needed a gizmo.  Only trouble was they could not tell us what it was for.  So the dance begin.  So we had to ask questions that had nothing to do with the mission.  Coming back?  Magnetic?  It support weight?  How much?  Need to be sharp on any edges.  We made nine of them and out of local tin cans folded up for strenght.  Over the next two and halk years the Seals came back six time for gizmos.

To find out how deep Ucore is in need to know you have to ask question of that nature.   Like this.  Ucore has the hanger in LA since Jan 1.  Is it just sitting empty or is something going on?  Anybody want to pay a local taxi for a ghost fare to swing by a find out?

Dragon, They also awarded restricted stock units. Although these do not vest immediately (the initial 1/3 vest in a year), they are an outright grant of shares.

Dear Jr, Yes, it looks like something, but again it is worthless unless Ucore takes off with full funding and finishes building the SMC in LA.  Stock options, restricted stock is nice but onless Ucore stock price goes up not worth much. Dragon PS What is Ucore doing that they are not tell us because of DOD national security and NDAs.

The restricted share units may not be worth much, but they are not worthless unless the share price goes to zero before a year is up. The options, on the other hand, would be worthless unless the stock price goes up. Of course, as they've just done with the convertible debentures, they could extend the expiration date and decrease the exercise price of the options. I interpret this action two
