What about South Carolina for US SMC#2?

***VAC Group and Cyclic Materials have set up and partnered there for magnet making and recycling. Ucore has an MOU with Cyclic and could feed REO's to VAC (which is receiving grants from DOD, like Ucore).

***BMW, Volvo, Scout Motors, Proterra (electric buses), and Oshkosh (electric mail trucks) all have significant EV factories in South Carolina for immediate magnet offtake.

***The Port of Charleston provides access to REO concentrates from all over the world.

SMC 2? Keep pivoting ucore doesn't have a dime for SMC1 ryan will dilute us into extinction if he tries to build one without major influx of funding from both OEM /DOD a flowsheet? 4.5 yrs into RSX and still no revenue No wonder pilot got shelved for 6 yrs until desperate Ucore, after MRT debacle, needed to latch on to something smc 2030!
