Another solid qtr result

Again, a very good QTR. But price is still at a cheap 80 cents.

Net income would have been much higher without the almost 2M investment property revaluation drop.

They sold inventory properties and they reduced significantly the mortgages, which will result in saving on interest to be paid. 

Investors do not seem attracted by this stock. Do you think the dilutive DRIP program is the reason for that?

It cannot go down forever, and most of all, price will eventually catch up if cie still keeps releasing good QTRS like that.

This stock is so underperforming that it makes me lose money, in the sense that I could park this momey into so much better opportunity. With around 90 cents average buy, I get a return of around 5.5% because of the dividend, if I do not count the paper loss due to price drop. At 3-4% interest rate to keep the cash into your account, I am even underperforming compared to that anemic return because ...more
