Upcoming subscription model and Airbnb

In the coming months, UI will introduce a new service which will change the real estate photography business.  The new service will enable real estate photographers to offer monthly subscription services to their clients.  This recurring revenue stream will be shared between photographers and UI.

UI intends to expand into new business segments by partnering with firms who will licence UI's 3D Pocket Website to local businesses, to security firms, to crime investigation teams and others.  An update on this new venture will come in the form of a news release.

UI's photographers have contracts with Airbnb home owners.  In the near future, could UI sign a contract with Airbnb?

Management and board members own 23% of all shares and institutional own 18%.  The remaining shares (59%) are owned by retail investors.

UI is projecting revenues for next fiscal year will be around $6,000,000 up from $4,600,000,  and maybe $10,000,000 by 2022 or 2023.

The average revenue generated by a 3D virtual tour is $40, but the average overall transaction on the UI platform is $12.  So if more UI photographers transit from photos to 3D virtual tours, revenues will increase.

Low downside and major upside potential!

I would bet that the company is on a run rate annual revenue of $10 milion near the end of 2021. Rapid growing SaaS and profitable.  Many irons in the fire and GM's continue to climb.   Amazing upside for a $9 million market cap.

I was excited to hear UI finally issue guidance in the presentation given to SmallCap Discoveries. Their estimates ($6M in FY '21) lined up nicely with my internal projections ($6.1M). At that level of revenues the company should be doing somewhere around $4.3M of gross profit and, based on my conversation with management, G&A / opex should hold steady but I've inflated it a bit to $2 ...more

I've assumed those similar metrics and valuations along the way. Growth is accelerating at record pace. The CEO has pointed out that there are several upcoming growth drivers that we learn about in the coming months. These types of SaaS companies get their valuation once the growth trend line can be extrapolated and interpreted. I believe there's a very strong possibility that we have a ...more

Hi Drogala. I pretty much have the same type of numbers that you have. This is like investing in Xpel back in the day when nobody knew about them ( some still don't know about them) I think this could be another opportunity to achieve similar returns. Keeping my fingers crossed.
