The Indonesian real estate market is worth US$30 billion.

UI will not be the only player offering virtual tours in Indonesia.  Jendela360 operates a marketplace that connects clients, landlords and agents.  Jendela claims to be first to introduce 360-degree virtual tours for property viewing.  So UI will be the second or third.  A huge market and UI's technology is better than Jendela360.
 
On their website, Jendela has 1,722 properties for sale and 8,579 for rent.  I believe most are located in Jakarta.  Several listing includes a virtual tour, but some links do not work.

I just discovered this company and am totally bullish after doing some DD.  Between this and Renoworks I feel really good about investing in the real estate growth without owning any actual REITs.
