I spent some time rereading the latest press release and surfing on the Prospects Software website.

Key to this partnership is Monsieur Drouin, the CEO of Prospects Software.  Over the years, Monsieur Drouin has offered to North American MLS organizations two of the most critical tools that residential real estate professionals rely on.  Monsieur Drouin has signed agreements with more than 234 Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organizations.
 
Monsieur Drouin has the contacts and knows the key personal within each MLS organization.  He is excited by Ui's technology and believes it is a game changer.  Monsieur Drouin is a born sales man and is the right person to convince MLS organizations to offer to their members UI's technology.
 
How will Ui and Prospects Software make money?  By charging an annual fee for Ui's technology to MLS organizations.  In return for the service, the MLS organization will likely increase fees charged to their members.
 
This could indeed be a game changer.
 
While I was surfing through Prospects website, I came across a reference to CoreLogic.  It took me a while, but I realize that at work I use a cost manual called Marshall and Swift.  CoreLogic purchase that company several years ago.

Breaking news, Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) has made a bid to purchase CoreLogic in an all-stock deal.
 
CoStar claims to be the largest commercial real estate information and analytics provider. CoStar owns the LoopNet platform.  LoopNet is the leading site for finding and marketing commercial real estate.
 
WOW, an even bigger dancing partner.
