Virtual open house

In Virtual Open House 2.0, every viewer is transformed into a 3D avatar that navigates throughout the space, just like an actual person would do in a physical space. This allows agents and interested parties to browse the space together and talk about certain features in specific areas. Everyone who is participating in the tour can also see where everyone else’s 3D avatars are located, so they can know exactly what is being discussed. Currently, there is no other 3D tour provider that offers this type of service.

Looks like it's catching on with the rest of the industry. Hopefully Urbans patents can give it some protection from competition and differentiate itself.  I have no doubt that the future is going in this direction with avatars for virtual house open tours as well as private tours.
