It is a good point. It's most like the economic headwind that is at play here. Fewer listings coupled with the fact that it's a sellers market right now. You and I could probably sell a home without the use of a real estate agent or photographer. Homes in my area are selling within days and many real estate agents may not even use the service of a photographer and may choose to do it ...more
