On June 4, 20214, Corelogic (CLGX) the parent company of Prospects Software was taken private by Stone Point and Insight Partners.  If somebody is going to acquire UI, CoreLogic would  be a logical partner.

In December 2018, CoreLogic completed the acquisition of HomeVisit for $12.7 million, subject to certain working  capital adjustments. HomeVisit is a leading provider of marketing focused real estate solutions, including property listing photography, videography, 3D modeling, drone imagery and related services. Very interesting...Prospects.com is tightly integrated with CoreLogic's offering. CoreLogic was acquired by a private equity group in June 2021. It would make logical sense for CoreLogic to at some point acquire Urbanimmersive. UI is likely too small at this point to move the needle but if they become a more fully integrated company with a larger revenue base this would not at all surprise me.
