Little digging on GraphicID
Hey everyone,
First of all, I am doing the same type of project as yesterday and should be posted shortly after. In the upcoming report, I am hitting other markets in Quebec and Ottawa as well. Will also attempt at doing in the US such as Florida (If I find a proper MLS, is UI only partnered with Centris?)
Back to the main point, I have done some research through the company's past news and stumbled upon this news release.
https://www.urbanimmersive.com/technologies-urbanimmersive/marketing/leading-real-estate-photography-agency-graphicid-selects-urbanimmersive-s-marketplace-for-all-customer-transactions
"The real estate division of GraphicID generated an average of $250,000 annually for the last three fiscal years. "
This news was posted back in 2017. We acquired in June 2021 GraphicID and what's interesting here is "Real Estate Division" meaning the revenue is for that specific division of that company ($83,333k/yr).
Assuming that they've been growing since 2017, then this purchase was definitely worth it considering the fact that they are profitable as well.

Little correction for misreading the statement, it's actually 250,000$ per year for the past 3 years, so that's 750,000$ total! My bad on that one and it's an epic mistake which makes it even more worth it!
