Immophoto list of clients is impressive.  I do not know if all of these clients are active clients but here is a partial list of real estate clients: Cominar REIT Allied properties REIT Devimco Devencore Ltd Bentall Kennedy Broccolini Gaz Metro Colliers International Alfid Services Plus various real estate agencies.

Assuming IMMOPHOTO can generate a cash flow margin of 15%, annual revenues between  $518,000 and $600,000, and assuming a market cap rate of 6%, than the purchase of IMMOPHOTO should increase per share value by $0.045.   Revenues $518,000 $600,000 Cash flow margin 15% 15% Operating cash flows  $77,000

In their November 15, press release, UI announced the signature of three binding Letters of Intent with real estate photography businesses located in Canada and in the United States.  Total purchase price for those acquisitions is approximately $6,600,000.  One transaction has been finalized and the purchase price is $500,000, which means the next two acquisitions have revenues in the

Two down and one more transaction to finalize The three deals are supposed to add $5,600,000 in additional revenues. Last year, the just-announced deal generated US$559,000 in revenues and the first deal produced revenues of $518,000.  The third acquisition will be a bigger player.

The question now becomes, at what share price will they dilute and for how many shares? Almost half of their cash (749k ) has already been used up for the first 2 acquisitions.
