Q32021 results on Jan 13?

Hey guys what revenue number are you expecting for Q3? I expect around $1.1m conservatively. 700k + $1.6m/4

I don't have any insight into their hardware business as these revenues are not necessarily recurring or predictable.  Having said that, I would use Q3 software + hardware numbers and then $1.6m/ 4 from the acquisition which I believe closed at the end of June.    I would also say that revenues from Q4 from the acquisition is likely to exceed the "average quarter" ...more

Good analysis TJ.  Also, the interesting fact of an Annual Run Rate calculation is that it based on the most recent month or quarter's performance.  So to achieve a "$10M Annual Run Rate" as depicted on the website, this would imply Q4 revenue of $2.5M X 4 = $10M  $2.5M represents a YoY increase in Q4 revenue of 74% ...this would be outstanding momentum in top line ...more

I would rather say the run rate of the last quarter Q1FY22 (Q421) is closer to $18-20m run rate. $10m is for Q4FY21 (Q321)

Yup KayKay... I can only hope you are correct.

All 9 acquisitions and partnerships alone add $8.8m in revenue - excluding Couche-Tard, many other partnerships that were not monetized in the PRs, organic growth (strong market share growth in Canada), synergies (cross-selling of 3D tours) and UImeet3D subscriptions.

I have been sitting on a text for the past few weeks.  I am waiting for the next quarterly report to fine tune my analyst.   For calendar year 2022, my best guess is that UI will post revenues between $13 and $14 million.  65% of revenues will come from photo agencies, 10% from hardware sales and 25% from software sales.   The market share of virtual tours remains around 12 ...more

All 9 acquisitions + Offerpad lead to new additional revenues of $9.7m+ CAD. That's even more than your 65% estimate based on $14m revenue (9.1m). You forgot that there are now further products like 3D tours such as digital staging, etc. Before June 2022 Ui sold almost exclusively static websites. Also you didn't factor in UImeet3D subscriptions, commercial buildings, retail subscriptions.

I factored in Offerpad, licence revenues and UiMeet 3D.  Offerpad revenues are software revenues. Revenues from Offerpad will likely be spread over a period of more than twevle months.  So far, the only Offerpad shoots to have been posted on the gallery section of UI's website are from Arizona.  I do not think licences, UIMEET3D and commercial buildings will have much of ...more

If the virtual tour market penetration is 12%, that would mean that only 12% of all shoots include a virtual tour.    Revenues from virtual tours are included in the $8,058,000.   For a photography business, a virtual tour is both a revenue source and an expense.       Revenues 2021-06-30  ...more

Don't forget that $1.6 m from Overpad is a best case scenario. Certainly one would have to add some organic growth from these photo agencies as well plus additional organic growth.  If these agencies produced revenues of ~ $8m in the 12 trailing months prior to the acquisition date then revenues for 2022 would be:  Revenue(2022) = ~ $4.4m+ $8m + " organic growth ...more

Please keep in mind that revenue of Offerpad and Imoto was published in US Dollar not CAD. Also on the gallery section there's lots of Offerpad.
Comment by kaykay22222 on Jan 12, 2022 1:03pm
Virtual Access Tours also in USD not CAD.
Comment by kaykay22222 on Jan 12, 2022 1:09pm
Okay sorry, it's still around $8m without Offerpad. Also the gross profit from the agencies will probably be used to make more acquisitions within the year (around $4M)
Comment by Torontojay on Jan 14, 2022 5:06pm
The agencies have net income margins of 10-15% and gross margins of 40-60%.  $8m*0.10 = $0.8 m $8m*0.15 = $1.2 m This would be the money available for shareholders ($0.8m -$1.2 m) or for additional acquisition growth. I've been able to conclude that the entire business will produce cash flows of anywhere between $2 m on the low end and $4 m on the high end. With $2m in ebitda, they ...more
