Prospects Software has been acquired by CoreLogic Real Estate Solutions. This could be a good thing, because CoreLogic has 870,000+ real este agents in US. You remember the Letter of Intent from last year. Ghislain has liked this news on Linkedin.

The letter of intent has remained a letter of intent.  So far, Prospects Software and UI have not agreed on any joint deals.  Investors will find out next week, if the intent is still alive.
