When your in plays that are highly rated on a management team and land package,warrants should not be thrown in. Exploration plays that exclude warrants in capital raising is something that's gets my attention right away

Why is that Blunty? Just out of curiosity sake, are you able to purchase warrants yourself? Interested to know your thoughts on why warrants are negative. If theybare used correctly, and not abused they are a great way to raise money especially if they have an accelerator clause in it to keep cash coming into a company.

Raising money giving warrants to me is dilution with more dilution is warrants are exercised and those ok if the capital employed is giving the company value with good results,in 10 years what value have the added here?Data that proves nothing realy it proves nothing just a fairy tale right now.All they give you is hope after 10 years I don't see any significant gold company showing any good
