challenges ahead

don't get ahead of the game here.  the company before moving ahead with serious development of the mining operation will need scores of state & federal permits/approval.  the mine property is located on and near the federally designated endangered salmon spawning resources.  iron creek water rights are under the jurisdiction of conservation grps...federal, state & private i.e., NOAA (Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund), USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Idaho Water Resources Board to name only a few of the concerned with Iron Creek water quality and protecting the spawning resource for  salmon.

the company or someone will have to build a new bridge over the salmon river to handle the traffic and weight pressure the mine activity.

for any reasonable mine operation, you would think electricity would need to be provided by the idaho power company.

Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (NOAA), USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Idaho Water Resources  Board (water transactions??)

Lol nobody is getting ahead of the game. You are describing the regulatory process and logistics that all companies face. ECS a stonea throw away in the same belt is fully permitted. Is there time required and work to be done before Iron Creek can become an actual mining operation? Absolutely. Is it impossible or even particularly difficult? Absolutely not.

By the way you forgot that mine workers need food and most probably the food is coming from far far away land and that will complicated things as well! sorry I couldn’t not be sarcastic hear.

Where will they go to the bathroom? They will need mining equipment. Where's that gonna come from? That stuff doesnt just grow on trees you know. How will they even get the Cobalt to market? Magic cobalt-carrying flying saucers!?! Might as well thrown in the towel on this thing. Too many hoops. :P

photo is of Iron Creek Bridge.  turn rt after crossing salmon river and head up Iron Creek Rd apx 11 miles, look for Jack A. Creek. yes, challenges... eCobalt aka Formation Capital was in the permitting process for maybe 10 years.  it will probably be shorter for USCO with the new gov't designation of Cobalt being a strategic mineral/metal.
