What am I missing?

Why are USCO shareholders selling, am I missing something? Why not just wait until May and collect 1.5 shares of FCC and make 40% on your money

also why is anyone buying FCC at 1.10? buy USCO at 1.2 and get 1.5 shares.. it will re adjust i just dont know when so i keep buying

I would not be suprised if there was a little manipulation going on. Think about it. Management wants the deal to go through in May.  USCO man/directors only own 6% of the company so it's not like they have that much actual control of the way the vote goes.  If they want to ensure that the shareholders to vote Yes to the deal, they will want there to be a decent premium left come May ...more

according to a fellow tweeter, maybe markets want to price in a 0.70s FCC per share therefore USCO can be 1.10s or thereabouts.  should fcc stay at say 1.00 cant see why markets wont take usco to 1.50.

Today is the first day FCC or USCO have been heavy red.  They both seemed to ignore the general market sell-off in the last couple weeks, but both seemed to have succumbed today.  I felt like with FCC maintaining its $1.10CAD SP for a couple weeks after the announcement, that the market generally liked the aquisition.  Usually, the company doing the buying will see an immediate ...more

That is not what I said or inteneded to imply Dave I said it was trading at the equivalent of FCC being at .70, not that is being priced at that The target on FCC is $1.30
