Spinco sure seems to be getting good attention. The market cap looks good too. I think their properties are whats of value in this deal. Always comes down to execution of course but it has me interested.

Usha spinco is all in nickel and considering Nickel has just rallied to an all time high spot price of 90% this USHA is an absolute gift at these prices! I'm on the bid in a big way. Give me all those cheap shares you sellers! This stock is so cheap and nobody on this board is watching this company. Amazing opportunity here!!!
