Latest Acquisition

Wow, Fredy way overpaid in my opinion. And those who have been around this board a few years have seen what often happens (or doesn't) when UZZ files a Letter of Intent. Silly of them to even post this unless it was a done deal.

These puny acquisitions do nothing but replace expired contracts or non-renewed work. Fredy has now had 18 months to - - - - or get off the pot.

UZZ needs a string of 8-figure acquisitions to jump start the share price. Otherwise UZZ goes nowhere, and Fredy should step aside, as should the BOD.

Readers are reminded that in December 2011, Fredy was granted 8 million shares in ...more

I guess you people have never heard of RMR, thats what it looks like he is building. Any of you know how alarm monitoring contracts are valued - up to 36 times monthly, do the manth anf you will see the PP is way under the market value.  The cost of a UL rated station, structural is over $200K alone. I did my math and i know where its going.  I don't normally post but 4 acquisitions ...more

I've been wondering the same thing.  Perhaps a little later today or tomorrow.  It's probably a bit early out there in Mountain time...
