So...i contacted Ei today to correct an error i made during my first report and during this conversation with the representative from Service Canada about this that they informed me that my ROE had not been submitted by UPS yet. Now thanks to the fact that there is no one in head office anymore it appears that it may be difficult to get ROEs to get Ei or even that WEPP program mentioned in Curtis Longs letter...

From what I have been told, the trustee (MNP) and Lynn the UPS controller are working on the ROEs. Also, the trustee will be mailing out info packets on the WEPP within 10 days.  With all the payroll and finance crew fired on the 31st it will be a while before they get thru them all for every employee UPS had.

Ahhh ok...as long as there is something happening...Apparently that MNP is mailing out creditors lists as well. I have not recieved mine yet but i know others have.

Don't wait for these papers everyone should be filing a wage complaint with Alberta Labour ( Alberta Labour states on their website in case of bankruptcy to file without delay) employees can also file the WEPP immediately all you need is the bankruptcy number to do so. As for EI  I was told if they did not receive a roe within 5 days from the company that they would still process a claim
