Wednesday April 7 2021 - Resume Trading Effective at the opening, Friday, April 9, 2021, the securities of Saint Jean Carbon Inc. will resume trading.
Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Feb. 8, 2021, and Feb. 11, 2021, news releases were issued on Feb. 10, 2021, March 12, 2021, and March 16, 2021, announcing the fundamental acquisition and acceptable documentation has been received by the exchange.

Please give Peter a hug for me UnderGroundKing. He is especiially going to need it with the announcement today. Ask him to show you his contract with SJL. He did say he was under contract with them and they had not paid him. So that implies he would have a signed contract.
