Canada deal with German Automakers

Hi, I'm new to stockhouse. Just checking out companies with possible resources for EVs. VCT seems to have raw materials and working on battery anodes. There hasn't been an update in awhile. Is this company worth investing in? VCT should be in a position to take advantage of this (see link below) in the heart of Ontario..... https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/sudbury/deal-volkswagen-mercedes-mining-1.6559971 I noticed some tumultuous history with this company and past CEO. What is the outlook for the future? Thanks.
