PP hasn't closed & insider trading

Anna Lentz sold 200,000 shares at 12 cents on Oct. 28, 200,000 shares at 11 cents on Oct. 27th, filed Oct. 30th. PP hasn't closed or perhaps TSX hasn't approved as of yet.   Good for her! She sold the 400,000 option grants she got a year ago. Is that not her right? Plus I believe she is long gone from the company.

She should not be listed as an insider having resigned on Oct. 27 2020.
