D'Alesio. I have first hand knowledge that graphiteguy lied on government documents, which could have gotten the company in deep trouble. Paul Ogilvie put graphiteguy's office stuff on the front porch of their office and asked him to leave. I don't call that a "voluntary exit"!! You should do your due diligent on your buddy. He certainly has problems.

Bill, screen captures work well for posted comments that may or are removed. Did you seriously post what I just read about a former employee or contractor re graphiteguy? Lied on Government documents, and what did you do with that knowledge as a C-suite executive? Are you and VCT under the ASC's magnifying glass?
