Thank you. Perhaps my question was too vague. Specific to share purchases, what is the relationship between Red Cliud and VCT? I read that VCT pays Red Cloud a % of shares sold. That is what is confusing to me.

Volt has hired Red Cloud to promote and sell up to 22,222,222 shares at a price of .045 to its clients for a fee of 7 percent. Givemeabreak1  I have asked V-Bond about consolidation and he is not in favour of it.   Which in my opinion is a good thing.   In the past Volt has done consolidations and the price has always gone back to the pre-consolidation price within 6 ...more

I disagree.  Consolidation or  Reverse Split is generally a bad move for the shareholder.  It's more of a slight of hand attempt by management to make things look better than they are.  At the end of the day the shareholder ends up owning a very watered down stock at a higher price while the holding value is lower.  BS move in my experience

I agree with you and I would be selling all my shares before the consolidation.  Or I suppose shorting it.   But like I said V-Bond was not in favour.  So its not likely to happen.   Which is a good thing.
