Coming next week....VCT pivots and becomes a diamond seller on Shopify...shares jump to 0.036....volume, 900.

Looks like insiders aren't even buying. No trades, nothing. This thing is on life support. Not even the placement took a root. C'mon insiders buy 1 share at 0.03 so we don't have a on the board today!
