My only question is "Who is Bill"?  I don't see any post with a Bill on it.

Bill is the former CEO of VCT. He is a promoter of this stock. He & his family have circa 24mm shares. He pumps this stock with nonsensical idea that making diamonds from compressed carbon is novel. That, not consolidating the stock is a bad idea. That IMHO you should pay 0.045 for a share is a good idea because...that the SP will be 0.22 soon or, the floor is 0.035...because Gary is stating
