Why so cheap?

Why is vct so cheap? It's not overly diluted. Seems to have good news from reputable university. What am I missing here?

Don't know but it is also the highest volume day this year. Someone has an interest for some reason but as with all small caps these days it does not affect price.

Let's look at the 3 trades today - Someone who has lots of shares makes a deal with their friend to buy 377,000 shares from them. So they both put in their order one to sell this amount (all or none) and the other to buy (all or none) - and thus the order goes through. They also do this with the 400,000 shares today. This may have been done as a sale to a family member - daughter, son, or wife ...more

Unfortunately it still could be from the former CEO Paul Ogilvie and his news release regarding Panasonic.   This seems to have left the company with a very bad reputation that just will not go away.  To move the stock price V-Bond is going to have to sign a deal with a big name that can give the company the recognition it does deserve.   Which I believe  is coming.
