Yesterday there was a 2.5 million ask, early morning today it was down to 300 thousand and now it's up to 5.5 million ask. Are they trying to suppress the bid? I wonder if some decent sized buys at .025 will  make that ask size evaporate?

Marquest is dumping shares from a flow thru that VCT did, so I've read.

Think I saw it somewhere on VCT announcement, Marquest flow thru deal with VCT for 11m shares and whatever is remaining needs to be dumped before October end.
