UNV POPLAR Project

Great deal for VCU. I think the poplar project is now the best they have, all for .23 shares.

Thanks Clive for the move. This is a better place for UNV shaareholders to be (IMO).

I am predicting VCU will focus to the new Poplar/ UNV new pproject.
