Venzee’s vision: 24-mo growth plan • Venzee has reorganized against an aggressive, performance-based plan that focuses on 3 fundamentals that are key to our success. Intelligent technology - Committed to continual improvement to our technology platform and by embracing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), we will continue to deliver solutions to disrupt how retail exchanges information, beginning with the automation of product content distribution from brands to retailers. Partner-generated revenue - With access to 89,300 suppliers through existing partnerships and with 2 of 5 partners fully integrated with Venzee’s API, we will continue to increase on-model revenue by providing robust, automated content syndication solutions for enterprise-level brands and their many global retail destinations. Retail channel growth - By expanding retail channel connections through our Venzee Mesh API, Venzee will continue to increase the number of channel destinations. Targeting Deloitte’s Top 250 Global Retailers, Venzee will quickly and efficiently surpass our competitors in the PIDS space.
